Thank you for this video I have other symptoms but having gas while working around people is just terrible and very embarrassing 😮I started trying to figure what I was eating to cause this ( of course the pain &bloat too)😢 I found out regular yogurt and sweet potatoes were a huge part of my diet I had to say goodbye too and no gas for 2 weeks 🎉 I love yogurt but had to go for a non dairy option and it worked 🎉. The strange part of it is I can eat other dairy but at least I know . I know how hard this is so glad I’m not alone

My IBS is mild compared to most people's but carbonation and caffeine destroy my stomach I get diarrhea cramps and gas [It's especially a pain since my family goes out sometimes and bathrooms aren't readily accessible or clean in most establishments.]

First thing is to chew food thoroughly

I'm only 16, started having ibs symptoms since I was 15. It's absolutely terrible, I can barely live my life normally. I stress a lot from school, my flare ups are worse than ever, happened a few times at school, I cried and screamed from the pain in the bathroom, it's really that bad and everyone things I'm exaggerating. Even worse when the pain happens randomly at any given moment, and it hurts so bad that I can barely move, I get cold and hot sweats at the same time, body is shaking like crazy, vomiting happens too and there's no running from it, I can only take it. It's living hell, I feel so bad for everyone out there with this curse.

Thank you very much for sharing your puff pastry GF recipe! - i'm Portuguese living in Brazil and I really appreciated it... I have seen some GF mixes for puff but with sweet rice flour and sorghum, quite difficult to find here. In Portugal we use a lemon peel together with the cinnamon stick and I prefer to boil them with the milk while scalding it, rather than the sugar syrup, but it doesn't matter. The main difference is that most Portuguese recipes I am aware of do thicken the milk and flour mix on the stove, than add the syrup and lastly the egg yolks. I suspect that if one use your method and take the custard to thicken slightly over the stove before baking the end result will be more creamy perhaps.

It’s super hard for me to distinguish the pains of ibs. Can anyone tell me their ibs pains? For me it’s burning pain in the bowels in the mornings and after I eat which is always accompanied with a bowel movement. The doctors don’t understand me 😭

Trying to see if anyone else can relate; when you have a flare up, do you ever get stabbing / shocking pains in your stomach and chest??? I feel like my acid reflux is so much worst + shooting pains in my chest and stomach

Once in 2019 at the IT conference in Kyiv I had this terrible episode of spasms : I was sitting in public tiolet on the floor and cramps were like hell. I crowled to the public transport a few stops and put myself in bed. Had some medicine and it became better in hours. I ate apple for dinner that day

When I open about my IBS pains to some friends or people I know they just immediately start to suggest me different diets, suppliments from iHerb or some homeopaty...that does not help, only put me in pain even more. So it is better not to share about my pain and bloating at all

IBS has me all in my head! Im forever thinking my doctor was wrong and I have something crazy like cancer. Ugh! Simple things like heat can cause an episode and it’s so frustrating!! When there’s not an episode the burning that travels across my stomach, intense back pain, and sometimes pelvic pain can keep me on my toes. However I have learned that Imodium and exercise can reduce my pain and give me some good days.

I know this was uploaded years ago but i was diagnosed with IBS at age 16. I am 31 now and I still have issues. Its 4am i have been the loo 3 seperate times in the past half hour so looks like i am not going to sleep for work tomorrow. I cant eat garlic or anything with lactose. I have cramps, night sweats, bloated (i look 6 months pregnant), acid diaherrea, loud stomach noises, back pain and shaking. I always get worried commuting to work as my IBS gives me a 5 second warning. I had food poisoning 4 weeks ago and my flare up has not stopped since. Only thing i do is take mebeverine 3 times a day, immodium for the constant D and ginger tea for the nausea. Im incredibly tired all the time but just have to deal with it as there is no cure.

One of my sisters told me " you just want attention, you arent sick" You cant possibly feel hungry and sick at the same time! its not a real feeling! you are an adult you should know if you are sick or hungry !!!

Hello. Im sorry you have this. Im sorry i have this. I identify with all you said. I also get really bad acid reflux and sometimes its hard to breath due to bloating. I carry hand held fans with me just in case. its really bad in summer when the temp is above 90 and there is no breeze. I try to stay inside as much as possible. I currently work as an in home aid with elderly people. Im trying to get an online job.

I know this this morning I felt an abnormal sense of calm without significant pain so I got up to take the dog out and she snuck out the door and ran off that was 12 hours ago and now we're having a bad thunderstorm. Back to the IBS I was diagnosed with diverticulitis a couple of weeks ago and the medication made me sicker than the disease itself. I wonder if anyone else has suffered diverticulitis along with IBS or had it confused one way or the other. Thanks the best wishes to everyone🎉

For me it was too much flour. It mixed in well but the cookies were very bready. I read a good cookie ratio is 1:1:1 for fat sugar and flour
